Seminar - Qi Gong for Healing: Gentle Movements to Cultivate Energy, Balance, and Organ Healing
Join us for a guided lesson in essential qi gong movements to cultivate inner fluidity and healthful energy ("Qi") flow in body, mind, and spirit.

What it is: Qi gong (pronounced “chee-GUNG”) is sometimes referred to as “meditation with movement,” and is an excellent tool for inner harmony and self-healing. Scientific evidence is now mounting to show the value of qi gong as a treatment for many chronic diseases for which Western medicine offers no remedy.

Class taught by special guest Katherine Pritchett, an educator in mindful movement practices, heartfelt nourishment, and healing & transformation. She has trained extensively in qi gong, animal forms tai chi, and nei gong. Katherine is visiting from Virginia and trained with Michael in California.
Held at Healthy Haven, 25 Bruce St., Kitchener, ON. Registration not required, but an email is appreciated at mike@michaelfisher.ca. Cost is $20.
